Our Return Policy
Return Window: 7 days from delivery date
Condition: Products must be unused, and in original packaging
Proof Required: Original receipt or order confirmation
Eligible for Return
We accept returns for:
- Products damaged during shipping (with photo evidence)
- Wrong items sent by our team
- Defective or expired products
Not Eligible for Return
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- We do not offer refunds or product exchanges for reasons of buyer's remorse (purchased wrong item/shade, unhappy with product etc.)
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return
Step 3: Wait for return authorization and instructions
Step 4: Ship the product back to our Tokyo address (provided upon authorization)
Return Shipping Costs
Our Error or Defective Products: We cover return shipping costs
International Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping and any customs fees
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved returns are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping)
- No need to return damaged items in most cases
Wrong Item Received
If we sent you the wrong product:
- Contact us immediately
- We'll send the correct item at no charge
- We'll provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please:
- Place a new order for the desired product
